Ever since I was a little girl, making my mark on the world through performance has been my driving motivation. It started in my home where I'd put on one-woman shows and sell tickets and snacks to my parents, all the way up to now where I lend my talents to local theatres and national commercials. Though I have found my way to doing what I love, the road here wasn't easy or conventional. In spite of this, my background has provided me with a unique perspective and skillset that I aim to take full advantage of.

Even though I had my heart set on performance, I actually studied psychology in my undergraduate education. That curriculum did provide me with the ability to intimately understand people; but it wasn't until I refocused on performance that I made full use of the foundation it provided me.
 

Upon completing my psychology degree, I entered the Master of Fine Arts Program at the University of New Orleans. Along my journey there, I learned many of the skills that define me now. I picked up the ins and outs of managing social media by running our department's social pages, cultivated my ability to impart knowledge and provide mentorship to others by teaching undergraduate courses, and solidified my my understanding of myself as a performer. As in many programs, I also gleaned valuable industry specific skills in playwriting, script analysis, video editing, self-tape, film acting, stage acting, and character development.

Even with all of the skills I have learned, synthesizing them with my psychology background has allowed me to blossom in all aspects of my career. Combining the two gives me the ability to understand not only, myself, but the characters that I embody, and the people that I am trying to reach. This understanding is incredibly versatile whether it be for portraying particularly difficult roles, finding ways to work with otherwise difficult collaborators, or tailoring content to serve specific purposes for specific groups, my background places me in an excellent position to provide services in whatever capacity you might need!
